In this compact yet comprehensive 2-hour workshop, you'll dive into the essentials of recording, mixing, and publishing music or audio. Whether you're creating music, producing podcasts, or working on film projects, this course will equip you with the fundamental skills you need.
What You'll Learn:By the end of this session, you'll have a solid understanding of:
Basic music & audio theory for producers
Recording techniques for various instruments
Working a mixing board, both analog and digital
Effective listening, mixing multiple sources, & dynamics
Creating high-quality audio for videos, live streams, and film projects
Multi-track recording basics - digital and analog
In just two hours, you'll gain practical skills that typically take weeks to learn. This concentrated course is designed to give you a running start in audio production, allowing you to immediately apply these skills to your projects.
Importantly, you’ll learn multiple ways to create new music and learn how to jam with other musicians.

Hi, I’m Ritesh, your instructor.
This workshop is conducted in a private home recording studio. There can be at most 8 participants in each cohort.
About me: I’m a lifelong musician, singer, and Berklee certified audio engineer. I have been recording and producing music for over 15 years. In addition to studio recordings, I’ve experience managing live sound for soloists, small bands, and musical theatre.
